Ham & Maple Syrup, what could be better! Served on a bed of fresh greens, Boar's Head Sweet Slice Ham, Granny Smith apple slices, VT Cheddar cheese, and our scratch-made Maple Mayo...of course made with Highland Sugarworks Maple Syrup. A relatively new sandwich, which is quickly becoming a true favorite!
Named after our youngest son, Christian....this sandwich was his creation, and is one of our best-sellers! Boar's Head EverRoast Chicken, sliced bacon, VT cheddar cheese and topped with Buffalo Ranch dressing. Can be enjoyed either hot or cold--Christian prefers his heated on the Panini machine letting all the flavors melded together...the kid knows his sandwiches!

In the 1970's ``Sorry, Charlie`` was synonymous with Starkist ``pitch Tuna``, Charlie the Tuna. He made a great sandwich then, and still does today! On a bed of fresh greens, White tuna salad, sliced bacon, sliced onion, and topped with VT cheddar cheese.
Named in honor of my Dad, Charlie (a true lover of any kind of beef). This gem is served on a bed of fresh greens, thinly sliced Boar's Head Seasoned Filet, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, creamy Havarti cheese and topped with horseradish sauce.

There are days when a BLT is the only sandwich that works. Our CPB is made on toasted white or wheat bread, mayo on both sides of the bread, fresh greens, bacon piled high and sweet grape tomatoes. You could even have it on a wrap if you'd like--either way, it's just plain yummy!

Once a weekly special, word quickly spread about our homemade chicken salad. Now a staple of the menu, Boar's Head EverRoast chicken is served over a bed of fresh greens, with a plethora of spices, and our very own secret ingredient. Once you try it, you'll be hooked--this is one mean bird!
The Triple B
Back in the day, Barre had a great bar called Jack's Backyard. One of their signature sandwiches was called ``Beef, Bacon & Blu``. I honor of Jack's, our Triple B pays homage to the original with our own twist. Thinly sliced Boar's Head Seasoned Filet, sliced bacon, topped with Boar's Head Bold MarBleu cheese, and set atop the panini machine to melt the flavors together. We think Bev & the gang at Jack's would be proud!
In August of 2017, we were blessed with a new addition to our family, Miss Caroline Robin Lord...proud parents, Ryan & Katie. How do you honor someone so special...you name a sandwich after them (her great-grandmothers, Ellie & Shirl, would be so proud!) This turkey club is ``family made`` all around. On a bed of fresh greens sits Boar's Oven roasted turkey, sliced bacon, sweet tomatoes and Uncle Christian's ``Special BBQ Mayo`` on toasted white bread. You won't find a tastier club than the one named for our Little Caroline!

Mondays, however, are usually a Boston Chowder soup, which we don't make, but we really love, because they are so thick and delicious! Served seasonally from September through April...or May, whenever it's chilly and seems like a ``good soup day``!
